Search your business name on Google and you'll find yourself.

That's not the test.

Now search the way a new customer would: the thing you do, plus the area. Curtains Jumeirah. Dental clinic Deira. If you don't show up there, you are on Google, but you are not found on Google. Those are two different things.

The reason is usually quiet and technical. The page title just says "Home". The description is missing, so Google writes its own. What Google reads on the page is not what a visitor sees on the screen. Nothing looks broken, which is why nobody inside the business ever notices.

The good news: these are among the cheapest problems a website can have, because the fix is words and settings, not a rebuild.
