1. Agreement

By accessing AI Web Auditor, operated by TechBiz Hub L.L.C-FZ, registered at Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Services

AI Web Auditor provides automated website analysis including SEO audits, performance checks, accessibility reviews, and security assessments. Results are generated using AI and should be used as guidance, not as definitive assessments.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account or use another user's account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to audit websites without authorization from their owners.
  • Attempt to overwhelm, hack, or disrupt the platform.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platform.
  • Resell or redistribute audit results commercially without permission.

5. Credits and Payments

Our services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform, its design, and underlying technology are the property of TechBiz Hub L.L.C-FZ. Audit reports generated for your websites are yours to use. You may not copy or reverse-engineer our auditing algorithms.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI Web Auditor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform or reliance on audit results. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
