It just sits there, looking fine.
I see this often on Dubai business sites: the form was tested once, when the site went live. Then someone changed an email address, or a plugin was updated, or the site moved to a new host. The form still shows a thank-you message. The message goes nowhere.
The owner notices nothing, because what they experience is silence — and silence feels like a quiet month, not a broken form.
There's a simple test. Open your own website on your phone, fill in the form as a customer would, and send it. Then check whether it actually arrives, and how long it takes you to spot it. Do the same for the phone link and the WhatsApp button.
If the message never lands, you haven't lost a form. You've lost every person who trusted it since it broke.
This is one of the things I look at in the free check — send your website link and I'll tell you what a customer meets when they try to reach you. https://TechBiz.ae
